Flower Base Company Policy
1. Membership Policy
Becoming a Member:
- To be recognized as a member, you must acquire a valid Membership Card issued by Flower Base.
- The Membership Card must include:
- Your Full Name.
- Your National I.D. Number.
- Your KRA Number.
Membership Benefits:
Membership grants you access to exclusive Flower Base services and ensures official recognition.
2. Logo and Document Verification
- All official Flower Base documents must include the company logo, a stamp, and an approval date.
- Claims or communication with the company require documents bearing these elements.
3. Claims and Disputes Policy
Mandatory Requirements for Claims:
- Claims must include:
- Valid receipts from Flower Base proving the transaction occurred at the company.
- Documents with the company's logo, stamp, and approval date.
- Claims without the above requirements will be dismissed.
Cash Return Disputes:
- Any disagreements regarding cash returns require valid proof, such as receipts or transaction evidence.
- Failure to provide proof may result in denial of the claim.
4. Ethics and Conduct
- Theft and Fraud: Flower Base has a zero-tolerance policy towards theft or dishonesty. Violations will result in termination and potential legal action.
- Honesty in Transactions: Members must maintain integrity in their dealings with Flower Base. Misrepresentation may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
5. Employment Protocol
- All new employees must go through the official onboarding process, which includes:
- Informing company management of the hiring.
- Issuance of a valid Working Card.
- Official approval by the company.
- No worker may begin duties without an approved Working Card.
6. General Compliance
- Being a member of Flower Base means agreeing to uphold all company policies.
- Members must:
- Keep receipts for all transactions made at Flower Base for verification purposes.
- Adhere to company documentation and identification policies.
Failure to comply with the above policies may result in termination of membership, denial of claims, or further disciplinary action.
